Warren and I wanted to express our thankfulness for your call.  After shopping around for our RV and visiting with several dealerships we knew that Premier was far and above the others.

Joe, Charlie, Dawn and Josh were extremely professional and genuine.  As customers we felt valued and cared for.  As first time RV (motor home) buyers that meant everything to us.

Joe even built a step for our little dog, Bruiser, to be able to get up on the bed.  That touched my heart deeply.  When Warren called with quesitons on our 1st trip out he was walked through a couple of issues but always made to feel cared for and not embarrassed for asking his questions.  Thank you!

Dear Joe and Linda,
 
Thanks for handling the problem with our AC/Heat Pump. It could have spoiled our three month trip.
 
On our way to Alaska from Maryville, TN, the front AC/Heat Pump seized up on June 1, 2011 in Grand Rapids, KY. We had plans to be with friends in Auburn, NE on Friday evening through Sunday. The weather was extremely hot and we wanted the unit repaired ASAP.
 
We called Premier Coach and the unit was ordered. On Friday morning, June 3, 2011, they replaced AC/Heat Pump. They handled our problem even though it was a very busy time for them. We did not have to change our plans and were able to continue our trip. Our trip went on with only a hiccup. Our three month trip was so great that we plan to do it again.
 
Thanks again for the quick response of Joe Vendegna and the shop at Premier Coach. If we lived in the area we would definitely be a regular customer of Premier Coach.

Dawn,

I wanted to let you know how much we appreciated the campout this weekend.  It was nice to renew acquaintances along with making new friends.  Even though we had some rain it didn't dampen our spirits nor spoil our fun.  The singing around the campfire Saturday evening was great and yes, Charliel knew more than 4 songs.

Several of the couples that were totally new to RV'ing were asking us questions on camp grounds to chemicals for the tanks.  This is good to get them out and enjoy their new RV.

Linda, thanks for sponsoring the weekend trip to Paradise Lake.  We had a wonderful time (though our daughter suffered through the weekend with a severe migraine, so we weren't able to participate as we would have liked).  This was our "maiden voyage" so it was especially memorable and went off without a hitch.  Your staff is wonderful and Joe and Charlie made sure all systems were working and that we had no unsatisfied needs or even "wants."  Truly an exceptional staff!
