100 free miles/day included. Additional miles charged at $.39/ mile.
3 free generator hours/day. Additional hours charged at $4/hour.
There is a 3 day minimum on all coaches

All units must be returned clean inside and out, tanks dumped, propane & gas filled.
Unfortunately, we need to charge you to do this if you don't!
RV Rental Program
Reservations, Security Deposits & Extra Costs
No reservations can be held without receipt of a $500.00/$1000.00 deposit on a credit card, which is refunded within 10 days of returning the unit in good condition. Cancellation of the rental reservation must be received THIRTY DAYS prior to departure date for refund of the $500.00/$1000.00. Please have exact dates ready when making reservations. Any extra miles over your contracted amount will be figured at a rate of $.39 per mile. Generator hours will be charged at $4 per hour used beyond the allotted hours/day.
Payment Terms
Full payment of pre-estimated mileage, daily rate, insurance, sales tax and any options for the unit is due in cash, traveler’s checks or credit cards 14 days prior to departure. We honor MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
Age & License
You must be at least 25 years old to rent a motorhome and have a valid driver’s license.
Availability
If, for any reason beyond our control, the reserved vehicle is not available, we reserve the right to substitute a vehicle. Should a smaller vehicle be offered, some consideration may be made to offset differences between the two vehicles. If this is not satisfactory, our liability will be limited to the refund of all monies paid.
Insurance
You must provide rental insurance and provide written proof of insurance with limits of $1,000,000 combined bodily injury and property damage with $500.00 deductible or less. Your insurance policy binder must specifically state the year, make, model and VIN number of the unit you are renting, and name us as additional insured and/or loss payee for the entire time you have the motorhome.
Fuel and Other Expenses
Once on the road, fuel, LP Gas, campground fees and other trip expenses are your responsibility. Parking tickets and traffic tickets are strictly your responsibility.
Mechanical Failure

In the event a breakdown should occur, we would reimburse you for repairs under $50.00 with appropriate receipts. For any repairs over $50.00, please call us toll free at 1-866-426-2247. Failure to contact us for pre-authorization may result in no reimbursement of the repair. We are not responsible for any loss of travel time or costs.
In the event of an emergency after hours, you may contact our on-call RV technician for assistance. His number will be given to you when you pick up the coach.
Check In – Check Out
Drop-off hours are 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and pick-up hours are 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. For your convenience and to best serve you, we schedule a specific time for pick-up and drop-off. At the time of pick-up, a representative will explain motorhome operation and vehicle condition and a check-out form will be completed and signed. The vehicle will have full tanks of gasoline, propane, water, the holding tanks dumped and the interior and exterior clean when checked out to you. Allow one hour for pick-up. Again for your convenience, a return time is scheduled. If you cannot make that time, you must call at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Failure to do so will result in a $100.00 fee. When you return the vehicle we again jointly inspect the unit for damages. The interior and exterior are to be clean and all personal items removed. Gasoline and propane tanks are to be returned at the same level you received them and holding tanks MUST BE EMPTIED. Cleaning fees and holding tank fees will be STRICTLY enforced. After reconciliation of mileage, fuel, cleaning and damages, the deposit will be refunded within 10 days. Please allow ½ hour for the unit to be checked in.
