If you have a favorite camping recipe, please send it to
linda@premiercoachservices.com
and we will post it on our website!
It's Cooler Corn!
Grab a cooler, wipe it clean, and fill with the shucked ears of corn. Next, pour two kettles-full of boiling water over the corn and close the top.
After 30 minutes, open cooler and the corn will be perfectly cooked, and will remain at that perfect level of doneness for a couple of hours.
Great for large crowds!
