I just wanted to express my appreciation to Jim
and your entire service department for the superb work and service they
provided me. As you may recall, earlier this year, I contacted you
regarding service/repairs I needed on an older (1991 Rockwood) coach I purchased
from a private individual in March. The coach suffered from severe neglect
and poor maintenance and needed a significant amount of work. This
work was especially difficult because of it's age, it is an orphan, and it had
some unusual problems. Jim and your technicians tackled the job with
enthusiasm and professionalism. We had a long trip planned in July.
I got the coach back, but there was still a major problem. With time
runnning short, your staff jumped on it, expedited the part and got us going in
time to make our scheduled departure.
I am pleased to report we travelled over 1800 miles
in extreme heat and severe conditions. Everything worked--including the
new furnace which we needed due to very cool nighttime conditions. The Air
conditioners were great; new water tank was perfect (an extremely difficult
replacement job I understand); no air leaks; generator worked perfectly;
electrical system was fine----and I could go on. We saw several coaches
broke down along the highway, so it was not an easy trip, but thanks to Premier
Services, we were in great shape. I am very pleased with everyone at
Premier and would gladly recommend your services and staff to anyone.
